Welcome to AS Partners Property Consultants... an exciting joint venture with James Buyer Advocates. Buyer Advocates or Buyer Agents are the opposite to traditional real estate agents in that we work for you, the buyer. We are about getting you the right property at the lowest possible price.

Who Uses Us?

Home Buyers Many home buyers engage us after they have had a number of bad experiences or they have missed out on their first dream home and don't wish to miss the second one. Other home buyers ask our assistance because they do not have the time or feel they are too "emotionally" involved in the process to make a good decision. And finally, home buyers engage us because they are frustrated by dealings with selling agents.

Investors

Our investor enquiry comes from a wide range of people interested in a wide range of properties. While we are conservative by nature and focus on long-term hold, residential and lease-back and OYO commercial properties, we can and do buy properties that are considered higher risk/higher reward. Where higher risk/reward properties or larger dollar amount properties are under consideration, part of our role is to co-ordinate the people who you, the investor needs to involve before committing to a purchase. These can include solicitors, town planners, commercial valuers, bankers, architects and financial advisors.

Overseas, Interstate & Ex Pats

Buying a home or investment from afar is a daunting process and if you have to liaise with "seller friendly" (as opposed to "buyer friendly") agents, it is almost impossible. You really do need to have someone who will show you everything that is on offer as well as to act in your best interests when we find something you like. We are accustomed to dealing with people we rarely or sometimes never meet. For instance, we know how to buy under power of attorney. We understand time zones and communicating from afar. We also discuss with you non-financial (and more emotive) issues such as schooling and even spousal isolation.
